1. A deposit equivalent to the first night total must accompany the booking conformation. Balance of booking is cash only, on or before arrival. Deposits are non refundable.
2. Rooms are available after 4pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am.
3. Booking Liability. The person booking this accommodation is responsible for all members of his/her party and should ensure that they are fully aware of these Terms and Conditions. Continuation of the booking procedure is assumed acceptance of our terms and conditions.
4. Fire Regulations require that names of all persons must be registered on arrival and any visitors must make themselves known to reception on arrival and departure.
5. The amenities provided are entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any injury, loss or damage to persons, property or vehicles, on the premises, howsoever caused.
6. Any breakage or damage, however caused, is the responsibility of the person who made the booking and any replacement cost will be required before departure.
7. The number of people in your party must never exceed the number on this reservation and the number of people in rooms must not exceed its accommodation maximum.
8. Children must be under strict adult supervision at all times.
9. There is no under 5 safety equipment, special bedding, food preparation, cot or high chair available.
10. A risk assessment has been carried out and any relevant points will appear in the form of a safety notice in your room.
11. Fire and Safety notices must be read on arrival together with any information notices and full compliance must be guaranteed.
12. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building and smokers must leave the premises if they wish to smoke.
    Tampering with the smoke detectors or any part of the fire alarm system is a criminal offence.
13. Strictly no pets.
14. No single male or female parties (unless by special prior arrangement).
15. Evidence or suspicion of drug or alcohol abuse will be reported to the authorities.
16. We reserve the right to enter rooms if there is reason to believe that safety notices or house rules have been contravened.
17. Allergies: Ensure all products provided are acceptable to your individual circumstances.
    Please inform us of any special diet requirements or food allergies before arrival.
